We are excited to release this year’s Biblical Calendar! Follow along with the Almond House for the Feasts, New Moons, Shabbat Torah Portion Readings and more...
*This is the third edition of our calendar and runs from January 2025 to December 2025. Dates displayed are just for the showcase images and not representative of 2025.
Calendar Base
This calendar follows a modified Hillel II calendar. Changes include the dates for Firstfruits and Pentecost. Firstfruits being after the weekly Sabbath and not the first High Sabbath of Unleavened bread like traditionally in Judaism (Leviticus 23:15). However outside of Firstfruits and Pentecost, the other Appointed Times and the Torah Portions and are in line with the dates observed by the Jews.
We are currently using this calendar as a placeholder to unify the fellowship and online community far and wide to follow the same Appointed Times and Torah Portion readings, while continuing to study various suggested calendars submitted to our ministry.
Artwork
Each month has emblem artwork for one of the twelve tribes of Israel based upon the Biblical blessings found in the Torah or the characteristics of that tribe or son of Israel. Inspiration has been used to include a tribe for each month from the Hebrew camp formation found in Numbers 2, it is believed to be an earthly reflection of the constellations above.
In combination, further inspiration is taken from Ezekiel 1 regarding the wheels and four living creatures, a man, a lion, an ox, and an eagle (also viewed as a serpent). They can be understood as four cosmological creatures that play a part of YHVH's timepiece in the firmament above. Representing Reuben for man, Judah for lion, Ox for Ephraim and Dan for the Eagle/Serpent, four of the leading tribes found in Numbers 2.
The Calendar Includes
- YHVH's Appointed Times
- Feast Day Suggested Readings
- New Moons and Moon Phases
- Shabbat Torah Portion Schedule
- Shabbat Prophet Reading Schedule
- Shabbat "New Testament" Reading Schedule

Disclaimer
The Biblical Calendar has been a heavily debated topic for thousands of years. Our ministry has been led to follow these dates for this year, while continuing to study various suggested calendars submitted to our ministry.
Scriptures chosen for each month are to highlight the significance of the Feast days, New Moons, and Sabbaths.
The 12 Mazzaroth (Job 38:32) that are included are for inspiration regarding Biblical prophecy.
Effort has been made to include Biblical Hebrew month names prior to Babylonian captivity where possible. For example "Zif" instead of "Iyyar", Zif being found in 1 Kings 6:1, 6:37.
Lastly, the New Moons are forecasted using various moon phase apps pre predicting the slither of the moon with a visibility of roughly 3%. Following in-line with the Hillel II calendar.
10% profit goes to Almond House Fellowship.
